Is Pitiless One good?
A Knight Revenant Epic whose one job is in the 
Spider, and even there he doesn't add much. He needs plenty of C.RATE to get anything from his kit, since his Turn Meter gains and self-heal all trigger on crits, and his C.RATE aura helps with that if he leads.
Everywhere else he offers very little, so he's better left in the 
Vault without books.
