Is Pyxniel good?
A Freeze-themed legendary who took two reworks to become useful. Her passive lets her take Freeze debuffs meant for allies onto herself, and after the Patch 6.30 changes it's a very good counter to 
Tormin the Cold; that rework also gave her a guaranteed AoE Freeze.
Grip of Winter gives the team Increase DEF and a Continuous Heal, then hits and Weakens every frozen enemy. She still needs books, and her best spots are Tormin, Ice 
Golem, Sorath in Doom 
Tower and Freeze teams in Arena, while Hydra is where she's weakest.

PassiveWhenever an enemy places a Freeze debuff on an ally, has a 20% chance of stealing the Freeze debuff and placing it on this Champion instead. Has a 25% chance of filling this Champion’s Turn Meter by 25% every time they receive a Freeze debuff. Has a 35% chance of removing any Freeze debuff from this Champion at the start of every turn.
