Is Rae good?
A Dark Elves nuker with three AoE skills and a lot of utility. Corrode can land Decrease DEF on everyone, Arcane Wave hits harder against debuffed targets, and Banish removes all enemy buffs with a chance to freeze them.
For Dark Elves Faction Wars she's among the top picks, and she's a strong Arena nuker or controller and a dungeon carry thanks to her SPD aura. She wants Speed and Accuracy first, then lots of crit.
