Is Roxam good?
A damage dealer whose value depends on having Veil set up. Under Veil or Perfect Veil, Flicker Step hits every enemy with Decrease DEF and Weaken, but without it the same skill only hits one target, so he wants a Veil source like 
Duchess or has to veil himself. Jungle Ambush Stuns the target when he's veiled and Sleeps it when he isn't, and it fills his Turn Meter, while his passive gives him Block Debuffs, Strengthen and a Continuous Heal whenever he's veiled.
Against a single boss the setup matters less; Hydra is his weakest area.
