Is Runic Warder good?
A basic Dwarves rare built for early Fire Knight runs. Twin Chops hits twice to chip the shield counters, Rune of Outlasting puts Reflect Damage on the team so enemy hits wear the shield down further, and he has a chance at Decrease ATK to soften the boss if it isn't fully controlled.
Beyond that he's a weak rare with a small Continuous Heal, and his single-target Decrease ATK is only worth using if you lack other options for early Clan Boss or Faction Wars bosses.
