Is Scabrius good?
A damage epic whose kit feeds itself with debuffs. Gutter Knife can Poison, Verminous adds bonus damage against Poisoned targets, Gnawing Horde puts Leech on the enemy team, and Vicious Spite lands Weaken and gives him Increase ATK when it sticks.
Clan Boss is his best mode, where the Weaken stacks with your Decrease DEF and the Leech lets you drop Lifesteal gear; he's also good in Arena, and Hydra is his weakest area.
