Is Skeuramis good?
A High Elves control epic made for Hydra. Effortless Superiority hits all enemies, shortens their buffs and lands Decrease ATK, and he gains Turn Meter for each buff it shortens, which helps against stolen or placed buffs in Hydra. Hold the Front Provokes the enemy team and gives him Counterattack plus a Continuous Heal, so with high Resistance he can tank the Head of Mischief or cover the Head of Decay.
He's also usable in Arena, Doom 
Tower and anywhere damage mitigation matters, but Chimera is his weakest mode.
