Is Slitherbrute good?
A below-average Lizardmen rare, but keep your first copy, since he's needed for 
Bloodfeather in the 
Rhazin Scarhide fusion. Essence Snatch steals a random buff and Punish Hubris cuts Turn Meter based on the target's buffs, which gave him some early use in the Spirit and Magic Keeps.
His A1 can place the 30% Decrease SPD, handy against the Iron Twins while you progress. Plenty of champions do his job better.
