Is Stout Axeman good?
A Dwarves rare whose kit centers on Reflect Damage for himself and one random ally, with a passive that heals him off damage taken while it's up and can extend the attackers' debuffs. As a single-ally buff it offers little, though it can chip at the Fire Knight's shield in early runs.
Repel the Horde can also Provoke a pair of random enemies. Most rares do more, so he isn't worth investing in.
