Is Strategos Islin good?
A High Elves defensive legendary who protects the team and controls speed. Flawless Strategem gives everyone else Ally Protection, the whole team Increase DEF, and himself Counterattack and a Shield, which also sets him up as a Mischief tank in Hydra. Hindrance shortens enemy buffs before an AoE Decrease SPD, useful for Hydra and for shutting off the Iron Twins' Turn Meter boosts, and Doubleslash can Provoke the Head of Decay or the Magma Dragon.
His passive heals him based on his DEF whenever he's hit and passes part of that healing to protected allies, and his Accuracy Aura works in every battle.
