Is Suntribe good?
An Uncommon Orc healer whose heals are too small to matter in most content. Spirits' Verdict costs her 10% of her own MAX HP to heal an ally for 10% of theirs, with a chance at a short Continuous Heal, and her A1 heals her a little off the damage she deals.
Early Faction Wars is about the only place she's worth fielding.
