Is Tomb Lord good?
A PvE debuffer who became far more consistent after his Patch 4.70 buffs. His A3 covers every enemy in Decrease ATK and Decrease DEF, knocks back the Turn Meter of enemies below half HP and grants an Extra Turn when that works, and fully booked it's on a four-turn cooldown.
His Poisons now last two turns, which makes him a proper fit for Poison Explosion teams and Dragon, and his A1 slows bosses like Fire Knight. Chimera is his best area and Hydra his weakest.
