Is Uugo good?
Among the best Epic supports around, and a Hydra favourite. Maelstrom Wrack hits every enemy with Block Buffs and Decrease DEF, which also helps in Doom 
Tower and Cursed City waves, early Arena and Faction Wars. Uugo's Brew removes Heal Reduction (such as from Hydra's Head of Decay), clears a debuff from everyone and heals the team, and if she's the only one left it revives them all.
Her passive gives her Block Damage and Increase SPD when her last ally falls so she can pull that off, and her A1 adds Leech.
