Is Wallmaster Othorion good?

A High Elves damage dealer made for bosses, Hydra most of all. His A3 buffs himself and grants an Extra Turn, which leads into Block Buffs, Decrease ATK and a hit that scales off Enemy MAX HP. Skyfall Arrow, his A1, doesn't set off counterattacks, which matters against Hydra heads holding stolen buffs or Agreth's spiderlings.

He's at his best in Clan Boss and Hydra, a step behind in Chimera and dungeons, and fairly ordinary in Arena.
