Is War Mother good?

A Bomb-focused Ogryn legendary whose AoE damage is stronger than her reputation. Special Brew puts two Bombs on every enemy, with double Bomb damage against bosses, and Mother's Touch hits everyone and can set the Bombs off early, while Cry Havoc lands Decrease ATK with every hit and needs no books.

She has no extra turns, so cycling her Bombs quickly is hard. Patch 4.70 moved her stats toward offense and raised her Bomb damage, which makes her a better fit for PvP progression and Bommal.
