Is Windtalker good?
An Uncommon Skinwalkers support that looks great and does very little. His A1 has only a small chance at a weak, one-turn Decrease ACC on a single target, so he can't keep that debuff up reliably.
Spiritual Wind gives one ally Increase DEF and a 20% heal, which can keep a fragile champion alive in early Faction Wars if you have nothing better.
