Is Witness good?
A Sacred Order rare that isn't worth tomes or masteries. On paper Prayer of Comfort gives the team Block Debuffs and a Shield and Support Fire buffs the lowest-HP ally's DEF, but little of it turns into real value, and Arena is her weakest area.
