A Banner Lords Uncommon whose A1 carries the weaker Decrease ACC, which most teams don't want, and needs eight skill books for a better chance. Royal Shield is the useful part: team Increase DEF on a short cooldown, the smaller version but reliable enough for early Clan Boss or Faction Wars.
If you book her for Faction Wars, use duplicates from Mystery Shards or the Market instead of spending Rare tomes.
