Is Lots good?
Lots is built for sustained healing over time rather than the burst healing most Soul Weavers bring, with his third skill giving a team heal, regen, and extra Combat Readiness, and his second a strong single-target heal that pushes an ally to 80-100% Combat Readiness.
His first skill adds an attack-down debuff on top of that. We rate him B; he lacks any cleanse or debuff immunity, though, which makes him a weaker pick for Abyss or other debuff-heavy content, but he holds up well in longer fights.
