Powers up the moves and sync moves of all allied sync pairs by 20%. Reduces attack move and sync move damage taken by all allied sync pairs by 25%. The more allied sync pairs with the Sinnoh theme you have on your team, the higher these percentages are. (Each additional sync pair powers up moves and sync moves by 15% and reduces damage by 3%. The maximum power-up is 50%, and the maximum damage reduction is 31%.) Restores the HP of all allied sync pairs by approximately 20% of their maximum HP the first time the user's sync move is used each battle.

The user Sync Terastallizes into Poison type the first time it enters a battle each battle.

Normal-type moves become Poison-type moves. Turns the field of play's zone into an EX Poison Zone the first time the user's attack move is successful each battle. (An EX Poison Zone powers up Poison-type attacks.)

Applies Sinnoh Circle (Special) to the allied field of play the first time the user's sync move is used each battle. Raises the sync buff of the user's team by one rank the first time its sync move is used each battle.

Powers up the user's sync move when the target is poisoned or badly poisoned.

Activation Condition: When there is at least one Pokémon affected by a status condition on the opponent's field of play. Deactivation Condition: Cannot be deactivated. This attack's power is doubled when the target is affected by a status condition. Lowers the target's accuracy by three stat ranks. Applies the Special Move Break effect to the target.

Restores an ally's HP by approximately 60% of its maximum HP.

Activation Condition: When there is at least one Pokémon affected by a status condition on the opponent's field of play. Deactivation Condition: Cannot be deactivated. The power of this move is not lowered even if there are multiple targets. This attack's power is doubled when the target is affected by a status condition. Applies the Supereffective ↑ Next effect to the user when its team does not have a sync buff. Increases the user's Sync Move ↑ Next effect by five ranks when its team does not have a sync buff. Reduces the user's sync move countdown by two when its team has a sync buff.

Reduces an ally's sync move countdown by one. Raises an ally's Sp. Atk by six stat ranks. Raises an ally's critical-hit rate by three stat ranks.

No additional effect EX Sync Effect: Implements the following field effect just before the user's sync move is used the first time each battle. Extends the field effect duration only that time. EX Role Sync Effect (Strike): Move targets all Opponents
