Three-spotted Ladybug

I've heard talk about someone breeding Three-spotted Ladybugs in this village... But I'm having a really hard time finding that person.

Oh hey... Young one over there. Are you looking for Three-spotted Ladybugs?

Yeah. Do you happen to know anything about them?

Do I?! You're looking at THE leading Three-spotted Ladybug expert!

Also affectionately known as "that bug lady."

Whaaa?! You of all people?!

Here. Take a look at this.

You weren't kidding! Look at all of these yellow bugs! So shiny, too!

Ho-ho-ho... That's because I personally bred all of these Three-spotted Ladybugs myself.

I mixed ordinary ladybugs, beetles, fireflies, centipedes, and various other insects... And eventually ended up with these brilliant beauties!

Hey, lady. I mean, bug lady. Would you mind giving that one to me?

Hmm...

I could, but... I put a lot of love into raising my babies. I can't just hand them over so easily...

I see... I see where you're coming from.

But is there anything I can do to get one?

Hmm... Well... Let's start by seeing if they like you or not...

Ahhh!

Wh-What's wrong?

Th-Th-The lid is off?! But that means all the bugs will...!

Oh no! Did one of them get away?!

H-How could this have happened?!

Hey you! Catch it for me! If you don't... My precious little one might get eaten by a monster!

What?!

That bug gives off a sweet scent wherever it goes, and monsters go absolutely crazy over it!

Th-That's really bad news! I'll find it and catch it right away!

That little one loves the pink mushrooms that grow in the Zol Plains. I'm confident you'll find her there. You should take this handkerchief with the scent of her favorite mushroom on it with you.

Thanks. I'll head to the Zol Plains at once!

I'm counting on you.

Oh hey... Young one over there. You in need of any Three-spotted Ladybugs?

You and I are friends. I'd be more than happy to give you one more...

Huh?

Bug lady...? Is something wrong?

H-H-H-How could this have happened?! The lid came off of my bug cage again! That means one of my bugs is...!

Ahhh! Another one escaped?!

Ohhh, young one! I'm begging you! You'll find my little one again, won't you?! If she's not found...

That bug emits a sweet smell that monsters love, so it's at serious risk of being eaten, right? I won't let that happen! I'll find it and catch it right away!

I'm sure it'll be near the pink mushrooms that grow in the Zol Plains. You should take a handkerchief with the scent of her favorite mushroom on it with you.

Thanks! I'll be back before you know it!

She said that Three-spotted Ladybugs love big, pink mushrooms, didn't she? Maybe I should use the handkerchief with the mushroom scent around here?

All right! I'll give it a try!

There it is. Now, I just have to catch it...

Ahh! Is that monster about to try to eat the Three-spotted Ladybug?!

I can't allow that to happen!

All right, I killed the monster and managed to safely catch the Three-spotted Ladybug!

And it's a particularly beautiful Three-spotted Ladybug at that! I'm starting to see why that lady is so in love with them.

All right, I killed the monster and managed to safely catch the Three-spotted Ladybug! I'm just glad I managed to find it before it was too late.

Okay then... I should get it back to the bug lady right away.

She said that Three-spotted Ladybugs love big, pink mushrooms, didn't she? Maybe I should use the handkerchief with the mushroom scent around here?

All right! I'll give it a try!

Could this be the Three-spotted Ladybug?!

Oh my! A monster is approaching!

Anyway, I'll have to kill it!

Did you bring her home safe?! Thank you! Thank you! C'mon. Show her to me.

Wow! You got her all the way back home without a scratch on her!

For this, I have to make sure you leave with only the best of my Three-spotted Ladybugs.

Are you sure? You've worked so hard to raise these beauties...

You searched for my little one and brought her back to me in one piece. This is thanks for that. Go ahead and take one.

Oh my. That's the very best I've raised.

She really does glitter like gold!

Thanks! I'll take good care of her!

She sustained a slight injury, but I'm just happy to have her back safe and sound! To thank you, I'll give you one of my uninjured Three-spotted Ladybugs.

Umm... Are you sure you're willing to part with them?

You saved her from monsters and brought her back to me in one piece. This is thanks for that. Go ahead and take one.

Oh my. I've worked hard to raise that little one.

Thanks! She'll be a huge help!
