IDA School Field Trip

You look like you're having fun. Care to share?

We're deciding what to wear for the field trip. You know how we're heading to Aura Resort this year? Well, some of the others have never gone on vacation, never mind been to a resort, so they've had a lot of questions.

You're probably the most well-travelled among us, so it makes sense that you'd be voluntold as our travel agent.

I mean, I've gone on trips before...but to me they've always been exhausting, so I feel like I'm not the best person to ask...

Aura Resort, hmm? Their website mentions nothing but facilities for recreation. What educational value does this place offer us?

Wow. Are you saying you don't think we should go?

I wouldn't go that far... Despite my relation to a monarchy, I still believe in respecting the destination chosen by a majority vote.

The destination doesn't matter anyway. What matters is getting out into the world and experiencing something new.

Isuka, Claude, what about you two? Could you tell us what you'll be wearing to give us a better idea?

My white uniform, as usual. Why wouldn't I?

That makes perfectly logical sense to me. A free dress code implies our right to wear our uniforms.

...Is that not a point in our favor? I'd argue that other people not wearing uniforms is actually an advantage.

Just because it's a vacation, that doesn't mean we can rule out the possibility of those with ill intent targeting students.

Should any form of trouble arise, our white uniforms would act as a beacon for anyone seeking help.

...Right. We wouldn't want to be accidentally mistaken for students having fun...

(The other IDEA members work so hard every day and were really looking forward to having fun on this trip...) (I thought this would finally be a chance for everyone, including Isuka, to let loose for once...)

Hey...Isuka. Why don't we leave that sort of thing to local enforcement? I mean, it's not like IDEA has authority there anyway.

Beyond enforcement, we are responsible for making sure all students have fun on this trip, offering support in any way we can.

...You just said it yourself. "All students." You're forgetting that yourself and all IDEA members fall into that category. If you continue your "this is work" mentality, then you've already failed at ensuring the students in this room have fun.

Hmm... That's a compelling argument...

I say we ditch the uniforms just for this one trip, and truly enjoy ourselves with the rest of the school.

I have no opposition, but that being said, I also don't think I own anything leisure- appropriate to wear...

I don't think there's anything on the agenda that couldn't be handled by one of us. I can hold down the fort until you get back.

I'm not savvy on this subject, but is it really okay for the sleeves to be see-through?

Well, naturally I worried that apparel too shallow might fail to preserve my dignity as king...

Yet I have no complaints. What you have chosen seems comfortable, breathable, and far from indecent.

What about yourself, Hismena? Though I imagine you have a wardrobe full of travel attire, will you be adding this to it today?

My closet is pretty full, but...we don't get to do this often, and a new outfit might help boost my excitement before we take off!

Is that the explanation for it? Honestly, ever since putting this on, I've started to feel quite giddy about this trip myself.
