Echocalypse: Scarlet Covenant story · Main story, Act 3: Emergency
12. Rampage
It almost seems accidental that Yulia has had an influence on Eastrise, but this is also a good reminder of how strange that power is and how much care with which it should be handled.

Can the broadcast only amplify the power of the Relic this much?
How annoying.
Hmm? There is an encrypted signal detected here... Is someone sending a message?
A while later.
Are you an Eastriser? An Eastrise spy?
Viva... N-no, I'm a subject of Raeon. I...
Lord Raeon is a human too. She can also be confused by those around her.
Without those who offer poor advice, Eastrise would be stronger. Don't you think?
That's right... Those around Lord Raeon are all conspirators...
Willpower' is nothing more than ... Hm?
Hello, I'm Shiyu. I've read your report. I have some questions for you.
Look, a conspirator has shown up. You know what to do for the sake of Lord Raeon.
H-hello, Lady Shiyu.
Don't worry. I just have an information-related question.
Very well, I'll tell you what to say. Say yes first.
Okay.
You wrote in the report that Yulia has other plans. How did you know about it?
Tell her this...

Ingrate?
She sent people to assassinate someone who had helped her and frantically seized power under the pretext of revenge. What an absolute ingrate!
She's a suicidal, violent, psychopathic, drunk ingrate!
Ahhh, how annoying.
Yulia?!
I didn't expect the famous Shiyu in Eastrise to be a backstabber.
What did you call me?! Who are you to say that about me? You're just a fly that may get executed any time!
Ha! How can someone who rises to power only through family connections be so arrogant?
Ugh... I should've killed you on the battlefield...
We only ever met at the negotiation table, right? Are you worthy enough to be on the battlefield?
SHUT UP!!!

Ahem! Dr. Aiken, can we confirm the information mentioned in the recording?
It'll take some time, but it should be similar to what Shiyu from Eastrise speculated.
The radio station is definitely Yulia's target.
Then there is no need to take time to confirm it.
Mori, block all the radio stations on the route from Vologda to the capital immediately.
Yes!
Also, contact Fenriru and tell her to locate Yulia as soon as possible.
If she encounters Yulia in person... depending on the situation, Fenriru may utilize some dangerous items from the explosives storehouse.
Understood. I'll contact Fenriru right away.
