Boss, you're back!

Welcome back~

Oh, it feels great to be welcomed home by two beautiful ladies. Finally, the business trip is over, and now I can enjoy the feeling of being embraced on both sides!

Boss, remember to maintain your elegance even at home... Ouch, ouch!

I brought back some gifts for you! I got some small jewelry from Nebu, and I'll put them on for you right away.

It's all decorated now, so beautiful!

Thank you, boss~

Sister Brown, I have prepared tea and snacks for you in the room. Would you like to come and sit for a while?

Alright, thank you, sis~ I'll be right there.

This period has been relatively calm, but I've encountered a few interesting customers.

Hmm, I saw it on the customer's roster, truly a gathering of distinguished guests. Miss Lumin always manages to bring surprises to Yorozuya. Can this customer information be shared with me?

Part of it is possible. However, some customers pay great attention to their privacy, so I'm afraid I can't..

It's okay, this is the rule of 'Ya', you don't need to apologize to me. However, you need to carefully assess and utilize the value of these customers.

Thank you for understanding, sister.

Hmm. Then let's start with the parts that can be disclosed..

Kuri sauce~

Boss? Have you finished talking with Sister Lumin? A customer just brought a Mo Ling..

You can put today's commission in the 'Question Pavilion'. Let's first talk about last month's work~

Alright, okay then..

Yes, it meets expectations. Our income last month, when converted, is 8 million United Currency, plus six tokens from the customers.

Subtracting the daily expenses of [Ya] and my handling fees... We only lost less than 10 million last month, not bad, Kuri-chan, our benefits are getting better and better!

Boss, the main reason for the losses is because the expenses of Yorozuya are too high. In fact, I have discussed with Sister Lumin, and we don't need such luxurious clothes, bags, and cosmetics.

If we manage to reduce costs, we could actually make a decent profit each month. You wouldn't have to exhaust yourself dealing with such dangerous assignments outside..

It's okay~ Kuri-chan, our elegance is very important! Even if investors spend a lot of money, they have to support us.

Last month, I visited Sentinels Corp and applied for a substantial budget from them. The producers didn't even bother to argue with me, they simply instructed their subordinates to approve the funds.

Alright, alright, the boss has worked hard!

Additionally, on the Tuesday before last, did Lady Bastet, the messenger of Nebu, come alone?

...You already know?

Eastrise has thousands of eyes staring at the gate of Yorozuya, among which there will always be someone who wants to make connections through me.

Alright... On that day, both Lord Fenriru and Lord Nile were present. They didn't enter through the main entrance, so they weren't registered..

Please, I beg you not to punish Miss Lumin! She didn't know that Mr. Nile is your enemy..

Don't overthink it, I'm not that rigid of a person. I didn't expect Lumin's business to have penetrated into other countries. It seems I should give her a raise..

Huh?

Kuri, you also need to work hard! Use your charm to attract more people to visit [Ya]. Besides, who told you that Nile and Fenriru are my enemies?

Oh no, I've been exposed..

It's okay, I know you have some friends in Teslovik. As a receptionist who never refuses anything, anyone can become our friend.

Did you say a customer just brought in an ink feather? Is she still in the reception room?

Before I had a chance to tell her that the boss was in the store, she had already left a power of attorney and gone.

The power of attorney for this customer is here, the package contains a communicator, and... 2 ink feathers?

A total of three? There aren't many customers who hold three ink feathers, right?

Yes, I was puzzled. How could I not recognize such a distinguished guest? But her ink feather doesn't seem to be fake... Could it have been acquired from the black market?

Let me first check this communicator.

(The password for the communicator is actually the organization's secret code?)

Boss, this is..

Hmm, Kuri, we've agreed, right? You and Lumin don't need to intervene in matters related to investor's mandates.

The rare holiday ended in just one morning~ Kuri, I'm afraid I'll have to trouble you with receiving the customer today, I'll slip out from the back door later.

Boss, you must pay attention to safety! Lumin and I have prepared some snacks for you. If you don't have time to eat, take them and share with your clients.

Thank you, sister! I got it, you and Lumin just relax and wait for my return.

Having two beautiful sisters is really great~ It seems that I should ask for more funds for next month.

You've arrived, agent..

Ahem, beauty fades easily and people age quickly.

We just met last month, stop beating around the bush and let's get down to business.

It seems that you are not the person I was hoping to meet. Well then, goodbye~

Alright, alright, I give in... I cast myself into the endless drizzle of hardship.

You Eastrise people really... all you know is showing off your literary prowess.

The code is correct~ Celestial, what wind has blown you here.

What brings me to Eastrise for an adventure, of course, is the most important matter. The leader has an important mission for you.

What is the mission objective? A big shot from Eastrise?

No, the goal this time is a bit complicated... For such a high-difficulty task, the leader only trusts you. I am here to assist you

The young lady has met Mr. Shiyu~

No need for formalities. Are you Brown, the proprietress of Yorozuya? We've only had brief encounters at several banquets before, without the chance to have a proper conversation.

Lady Shiyu, you are too kind. I am here this time to seek your approval. I wish to establish a chartered trade route with Bifrost's business partner.

Trade with Bifrost? Miss Brown is quite ambitious. Ever since the last time Teslovik's agents stirred up trouble, the tension between the two countries has escalated, and no one can guarantee the safety of private trade caravans at the border.

You want to do this business, I'm just afraid that you might end up losing all your investment.

To be honest, I have anonymously donated a large amount of money to the orphanage in Thousand Ruins Mountain over the past few years. Now, those orphans have reached the day when they need to undergo Draw surgery.

I heard that Bifrost recently discovered a new heteromorphic Crystal Vein. Using higher Quality ores can greatly improve the survival rate and physical functions of these children.

Therefore, I want to facilitate this deal. Whether it's road maintenance, freight logistics, or security work, I can finance them all.

Heterogeneous crystals are extremely dangerous substances. A slight mishandling during use can trigger an explosion... No wonder it requires my approval.

Miss Brown, thank you for your kindness. I will do my best to make this happen.

This is Shiyu, the noble of Eastrise. Who is the woman next to her?

Our lives were originally saved by the organization, and now it's time to repay the favor. According to the instructions of the 'Agent', no matter who it is, show no mercy!

Shiyu, watch out!

Shiyu, are you okay?

Thanks to Mr. Brown's intervention, the assassins did not succeed. However, these assassins were really ruthless..

That's good... I didn't expect that the assassin would know your itinerary and bypass our security..

What's the background of these assassins?

The deceased were all fugitives, who were wanted last week for rallying in support of the Watchtower and resisting Lord Raeon.

A person from Watchtower... Could it be that Chiraha has already taken the step towards assassination?

It was my inadequate protection that startled Miss Shiyu.

Miss Brown, thank you for your generous assistance. I will definitely do my best to fulfill your noble vision.
