39. Snow Removal

Where do you think you're going?

Fenriru?!

Surprised? I'm surprised too, to tell you the truth.

I can scarcely move.

You said you were the last line of defense! Make yourself useful!

Who are you talking to?

So much dust... Who's there?

Sorry to interrupt your little chat.

Quit your yacking, ''Knight''. Get me out of here!

What a mess, ''Sorcerer''.

Stop!

Holy Heaven, do not make me kill again without just cause.

No! She's getting away!

Who was the one she called ''Knight''?

She hid behind Gura. She was very well hidden.

I heard her say she was from the Augustine Empire.

Gura might have gone, but these Raspartan Troopers are still here.

And their digging equipment.

What are you waiting for? Gura's gone. Don't let the others get away!

Got it.

Seize them and take their equipment!

You don't have to tell us twice! We're on the same side, after all!

Fenriru... Lieutenant.

What?

Sova told me my sister had her own personal bodyguard.

I didn't expect it would be you.

Thank you, Lieutenant.

Please call me Fenriru.

You're not in the Bifrost army. You don't have to use our titles.

... As you wish, Fenriru.

When this is all over those Raspartan dogs will be wiped out.

And then we can all get a good night's sleep!

I wouldn't be so sure.

Many enemy agents remain, under deep cover. They're not going to reveal themselves just like that.

Why do I get the feeling that you're jinxing us...

... Shut up.

Speaking of which, did you see Lieutenant Fenriru's new container?

It's a top-secret transporter incorporating high-level security measures, not a container.

As long as you saw it. Do you know what's inside?

I'm sure you can guess.

Ah! So the Lieutenant does have a heart!
