Reduces the user's sync move countdown by one the first time it enters a battle each battle. When used in a co-op battle, reduces the user's sync move countdown by one the first time your team enters a battle each battle instead. The more allied sync pairs with the Galar theme you have on your team, the greater the reduction is. (Each additional sync pair increases the reduction by one, and the maximum reduction is three.) The effects do not stack if you have more than one sync pair on your team with passive skills of the same name.

Except in certain circumstances, successful hits with this attack become critical hits. Lowers the target's Sp. Def by two stat ranks. Turns the field of play's terrain into EX Grassy Terrain the first time this attack move is successful each battle.

Reduces the sync move countdown of an ally by one. Raises an ally's Sp. Atk by four stat ranks. Raises an ally's critical-hit rate by three stat ranks.

No additional effect EX Sync Effect: Implements the following field effect just before the user's sync move is used the first time each battle. Extends the field effect duration only that time. EX Role Sync Effect (Sprint): The first time the user's sync move is used each battle, the sync move countdown is reduced by three.
