Bonded Anew

We can't get through here...

Isn't this the way to the mural room?

Oh, maybe no one could draw the mural because they couldn't reach the room.

That makes me wonder who actually drew it in the first place.

Maybe it was someone who heard about what she did for the world.

And the mural they drew became part of the beastfolk's culture that made it all the way to the future.

Hehe. I bet the beastfolk can't even imagine how bright and cheerful the sacrificial maiden was! Once we restore this place, I'll have to write a description of what she was like.

S-Spiri! You better not!

Hehehe. Well, time to get to work!

Alright. That should do it.

Do you think the mural room is back to normal now?

Won't know until we go look! So let's head to Astra Island.

Heya, everyone! It's good to see you!

Likewise. We came to see if the mural was restored. What are you two doing here?

We wanted to see if there was anything we could leave behind before our memories were completely overwritten.

But if history changes, nothing will be left.

Still, we had to try!

We've been saved before by many people who lived in the moment, so we felt it only natural we exhaust every option.

But I did not think I would see the mural reappear before my very eyes.

I'm glad we were able to restore it. I know how important it is to the beastfolk.

That is true. But it is also a symbol of our new bonds.

You guys know how closed-off this island is.

But everyone who came from the future tried so hard to preserve our culture, even though they're not beastfolk like us.

A lot of people here changed the way they see humans after that.

I know it will take some time until our peoples can be friends. But I can see the change happening already, slowly but steadily.

So the meaning of the mural changed... You think this counts as "evolution" too?

Yeah, for sure.
