Is Destina good?
Destina brings a heal on all three of her skills, straightforward but effective: a soulburn-able AoE heal on her first, a single-target heal with some Combat Readiness on her second, and a team heal with an AoE cleanse on a long cooldown as her third. She's very slow, so she needs a speed boot fairly early or she'll get outsped by nearly everyone, but she's easy to gear since her second and third skills scale off her own max health.
We rate her B, and running her with Prophetic Candlestick helps cover her one real weakness: the long wait for that cleanse when you actually need it.

Destina attacks the enemy with a staff and heals the ally with the lowest Health. Healing increases proportional to the target's max Health. Soul Burn: Destina attacks the enemy and greatly heals all allies. Does not trigger a Dual Attack. (Consumes 20 .)
Regen
Destina blesses an ally, recovering his/her Health and increasing his/her Combat Readiness by 30%. Healing increases proportional to Destina's max Health.
Destina's Grace
Before Awakening: Destina grants all allies the blessing of a Spirit Lord, dispelling all debuffs and recovering Health. When ally is debuffed, his/her Combat Readiness will also be increased by 15%. Healing increases proportional to Destina's max Health. After Awakening: Destina grants all allies the blessing of a Spirit Lord, dispelling all debuffs and recovering Health. When ally is debuffed, his/her Combat Readiness will also be increased by 15% per each debuff. Effect can only be applied up to 4 times. Healing increases proportional to Destina's max Health.
