I particularly like the segment where we read real stories from real Gehenna students!

Ah, but that segment for "Poetry Praising Makoto Recital" should be cut. It's a waste of budget.
And no one listens to the broadcast anyway.

No audience means that there's no one to answer to! You can do or say WHATEVER you want!
Like, say, casually slipping in budget reallocation announcements...

The POINT is that no one cares about the broadcast, and that's why it's an excellent tool for us! The Pandemonium Society!
