That Cien guy who has taken on Szayelaporro's appearance is fighting Kenpachi Zaraki as we speak.

That Zaraki is a dangerous man, but if he can beat both Cien and that strange Soul Reaper, it would be the best way to end this.

Those child-like Arrancars are also a problem, but they can probably be dealt with later.

He also has the ability to create miniature doll versions of us, which he can then use to destroy our organs remotely.

Even a captain is done for if their internal organs are crushed.

Though a Soul Reaper like Mayuri Kurotsuchi who can come up with a countermeasure is another story, of course.
