But ya know, there are all kinds of desserts, it just depends on the region. Like, there are desserts for humans and desserts for Pokémon...

Right! For instance, in Hoenn we have treats for Pokémon called Pokéblocks!

In Sinnoh we have Poffins!

Poké Puffs are quite a popular snack in Kalos!

Malasadas are the thing in Alola!

Aaand sandwiches are popular in Paldea!

But I defer to you, Siebold! Can a sandwich be a dessert?!

It would depend on your definition of "dessert," but depending on what you put in the sandwich, I suppose you could call it a dessert.

Oh! Well, in that case...

If I whipped some reeeally sweet fresh cream into a batch of curry, would that make it a dessert?!

Huh... I didn't know dessert curry was even a thing...

So, Profs! Have you discovered anything new since arriving on Pasio?

Hmm, I suppose we've discovered that Mega Evolution and Dynamaxing are manifested differently when using a sync stone.

So they look different in different places...

That reminds me of regional variants!

Ohhh! I expected no less from Pokémon Professors! Lookin' at things with a scientific eye!

If you please, I'mma ask you to give my loyal viewers a quick lesson about regional variants!

The same Pokémon can have different appearances depending on the region...

and sometimes different Pokémon that look alike are classified as the same species!

We call those regional variants!

This Tauros, for example...

It looks different from the Tauros in Paldea, doesn't it?

Oooh, indeedy-doo! I don't think I've seen a Tauros like this with my own two eyeballs before!

It's not just Pokémon, either! I feel like we also change depending on the environment.

Being able to interact with professors from other regions here on Pasio is really inspiring, after all!

That may be the biggest discovery of all for us!
