Steadfast Inventors

Excelente! Well done, everyone!

So, what do you think? Was that a good battle?

It was a great battle!

But, well...

I was hoping for someone a little stronger.

Th-that's strange. The machine should be working normally.

Maybe it just needed some time to warm up. Let's fire it up again!

Not to worry, Scottie! I'm sure the next sync pair the machine calls over will be a strong one! Just watch!

We won't let you down!

Spoken like a true inventor, never backing down in the face of setbacks! Fantastic!

Hmm. But we made all the necessary adjustments to be sure it works before you all got here...

Then I'm sure it'll work just fine now! Let's give it another go!

Y-yeah. You're probably right.

All right. This time, I'll make some adjustments so the machine scans for the strongest sync pair in the area!

The future is now, thanks to science!

Sync Pair Pinger, activate!

Hold on. If you set it to only target the strongest sync pair, won't that just bring one super strong sync pair here?

Oh, you're right. It'd be better if we could get three to come so we can have a team battle.

H-huh? That's odd...

What's wrong, Clemont?

W-well, you see...

A mob of sync pairs is rushing this way as we speak!

What?!
