Posher's Intimacy story
20 scenes, 140 lines
1. Part 1
7 linesAny ingenious ideas for an elixir? I'm not sure what to make these days.
An enchanting potion that makes you instantly famous.
That's too common. Those don't really even sell anymore.
Mineral water with the power of immortality.
You don't need a potion for that. You can find it at any mineral spring.
A dreamlike elixir that grants anyone whatever effect they desire.
That's interesting. I can just use some plain water and sell it as a potion.
2. Part 2
7 linesYou don't look well, are you sick? Would you like some cold medicine or something?
Say yes.
Oh, here you go... Why am I staring at you, you ask? Well... I'm just observing to see if there are any side effects.
Refuse it.
Fine, your loss. Tch, failed this time, huh?
Have someone else try it.
Oh? Huh... I didn't expect this to happen, but I suppose it's all the same. The Sprite Queen has suddenly fainted!
3. Part 3
7 linesDid you know that there is actually no need for medicine in Elias? The herbs here are so potent, you see.
What do you mean?
I mean, you can just grab and eat any herb you see around you to treat your pain or sickness. Just keep shoving the herbs into your mouth and at least one of them would get the job done.
Why make medicine, then?
It's all marketing. To make a profit. "Medicine far superior to herbs"!
Is that why eating food here makes me feel healthier?
Something like that... but using too many additives weakens the effect.
4. Part 4
7 linesThere's another civil war among witches. So pathetic.
You're a witch too. Aren't you interested in power?
Me? I don't care about power. It's more fun to make and experiment with drugs.
Have you ever wanted to live a quiet life?
If it's too quiet, there won't be much business... so I just want them to fight in moderation.
What do you think about the Witch Queen?
The Queen? She's okay, I suppose? They say that the best leaders are the ones that give you nothing to worry about. In that respect, she's the best.
5. Part 5
7 linesNo matter what happens, don't come into my garden, okay?
I really couldn't care less about your garden. I just wanna live in peace.
Good, good. It's always wise to follow a witch's advice.
Why? What's in the garden?
Curiosity can be poison. Literally.
I didn't even know you had a garden...
Oh? Really? That's weird... did someone trick me again? Pretend you never heard what I said.
6. Part 6
7 linesUgh, I'm tired. This dang chronic fatigue just won't go away.
You're a pharmacist. Don't you have a drug to treat it?
I got this chronic fatigue from taking drugs in the first place. The more drugs I take, the worse it gets...
Get a good night's sleep.
But sleeping feels like such a waste of time to me! I could be using that time to research or sell more drugs...
Attend our service and doze off, it should help you feel somewhat better.
Wait, what? I can sleep during service? Great, I only stayed awake because I thought it'd look bad.
7. Part 7
7 linesI've been toying with the idea of starting a school for pharmacists... Do you think it would be worth the trouble?
If you're prepared to open a bakery as a side job, sure...
Who do you think I am? I'm already selling medicine. I have plenty of money, and I make enough money, too.
Isn't it bad for business if there are more pharmacists around?
I'll leave out the essentials when I teach, of course. It's only to make money off of tuition fees.
Are you trying to contribute to the medical advancement of Elias? That's impressive.
Uh... you don't have to make it sound so dramatic... but yeah... that's a nice way to put it.
8. Part 8
7 linesI had a lamp with an elemental in it that grants wishes... but I don't remember where I put it.
An elemental like that exists...? W-Want me to help you look for it?
To find it first and make a wish? I'm sorry, but I've used up the wish a long time ago. It's just a "lamp elemental" now.
An elemental that grants wishes? Hmm... not a phantom?
Elementals, phantoms, same thing. I can't tell the difference...
I'll get Mayo or Marie for you. They might be able to help you...?
Oh, you're getting your underlings to do it? Nice. I also pass off things to mine when I have bothersome things to take care of.
9. Part 9
7 linesIs the food provided here really different from the food I make? I can't tell.
Mine is edible, yours isn't.
Hmph, The ingredients are the same, we just cook them differently. There can't be much difference...
When it comes to food, taste is also important. Do you understand, Posher?
I recognize that there's a concept called "taste." But is that more important than nutrition?
If you really don't get it, why don't you take my place and cook for a day?
Sure, that sounds fun. Ah, while I'm at it, can I add a few things to the dishes? Nothing much, just a little of this and a little of that. Ehehe.
10. Part 10
7 linesIt's nice to see Levi getting healthier since she started working at my shop.
You're not slipping her strange things when she doesn't notice, are you?
I've never done that. Though I do occasionally give her stuff that's good for her.
I guess she gets along with her employer.
I'm happy as long as my employees do what they're told and do a good job of it. Levi is a good intern.
Are you sure she's not gonna turn blue and get superpowers or something?
That would be interesting. There are some drugs that have similar effects. Maybe I should combine them and give them to her?
11. Part 11
7 linesIf you could have any superpower, which one would you want?
The ability to be invisible.
Hmm. That would be popular with a sprite who's fanatically obsessed with the Master, wouldn't it? High profitability secured.
The ability to create clones that work instead of me.
If the clones break down every now and then, I could sell twice as many potions, right? Good thinking.
The ability to fly.
So, the Master sometimes acts like a child, too... If you can fly, you probably won't go underground much, so that won't work.
12. Part 12
7 linesI'm thinking of making an innovative new medicine. When you have time, could you come by the shop?
I don't want to be a test subject!
Test subject? A fellow witch should know better. It's all for the Master and the Denizens of Elias, you know?
Are you paying for part-time work?
Of course... Just come by first. I'll explain the details later.
Did you call Levi, too?
Levi's coming anyway because of her part-time job. It'll be more fun if the three of us discuss the new medicine together.
13. Part 13
7 linesBusiness has been so good lately. Should I open a second potion shop?
Where do you want to open it?
Hmm... The Sprite Kingdom or Monatium are both good options, I think. Lots of loyal customers live there.
Anywhere's fine, just don't build it near the Order.
What?! Can't I build it anywhere I want, as long as I have the money? You don't want me nearby?
Think carefully. Are you sure you're prepared for this?
Hmm... There'd be a lot of annoying things to manage and deal with. I should probably put the second store plan on hold.
14. Part 14
7 linesWhich flavor do you prefer sour, bitter, or salty?
Why don't you mix them all together?
Oh! Master, that's a great idea? Having just one flavor is boring.
I like sweet flavors.
I think you've been living with the sprites too long. Maybe I should slip you a potion that changes your palate...
Hmm... Of those, salty.
Bitter and sour things are good for your body. How come you know one thing but not the other?
15. Part 15
7 linesSince you enjoyed it so much, I'll make dessert for you as a thank you.
N-No! I'm so full.
You mean you feel full just watching me eat? You don't have to turn me down.
If you're making it, I'll gladly eat it.
It's good for your body, so open wide. I put a lot effort into the taste, you know?
I'll pass. You're going to put weird medicine in it!
To reject it so bluntly like that. I hope you won't regret it later, Master.
16. Part 16
7 linesIt seems like the underling witches are slacking off. It would be nice if everyone worked as hard as Levi.
Time to establish some discipline here.
Is it time to show the skills I've been hiding all along? Hehe.
Isn't Levi working a bit too hard?
Phew... Master, back in my day... Huh? Why are you covering your ears?
Isn't there a drug that prevents slacking off?
Master, did we have the same idea? I was trying to develop something like that, but I can't get that effect.
17. Part 17
7 linesMaster, do you work out regularly?
No, not really.
I figured as much, so I prepared a drug for that. It makes you feel like you've been running. What do you think?
Want to work out?
Thanks for asking, but I'd rather spend time making potions. A good potion can solve everything.
I do sometimes.
Oh really? I have potions that enhance the effects of working out, so let me know if you're interested.
18. Part 18
7 linesThe Witch Kingdom's hierarchy is too strict. I'm tired of only experimenting on lower-ranking witches.
Isn't it better than the Dragon society?
That society seems pretty tough, too. But I'm not a dragon, so it's not my problem.
You can't experiment with potions on higher-ranking witches?
That's right. Unless they volunteer to help.
But you benefit from it, too.
That's true, but it's best to experiment on creatures with a wide range of powers.
19. Part 19
7 linesWant to collaborate with me? We could sell medicine at the Banquet Hall.
Selling pharmaceuticals at a restaurant is illegal.
Wouldn't getting permission from the Sprite Queen solve that problem? That seems doable, right?
I wonder if they would actually sell.
We could have the Master's Apostles promote them for us. Give it a chance.
I'll consider it if you make the potions taste good.
No way! As I always say, medicine should be consumed for its nutritional value, not for taste.
20. Part 20
7 linesI'm feeling particularly bored today. Isn't there anything fun to do?
Watch the Apostles come to the Banquet Hall.
Not bad. Observation is the first step of customer sales.
Think of ideas for new medicines to develop.
That's something I'm always thinking about, whether I'm resting or working.
Don't you have a lot of work to do?
I need to have days off, too. You don't want me to collapse from exhaustion, do you?
