A Day with Brendan

One day, Scottie accompanied Brendan and Groudon on their training.

Even as a training partner, Groudon was incredibly powerful.

Thanks for joining us, Scottie!

I have to admit...

Groudon sure is powerful!

Even in this form, Groudon has incredible strength.

But when it regains its true form through Primal Reversion, it can unleash its true power.

I hear it can cause magma to erupt and even expand the landmass of the world!

And what's more, according to Hoenn legends...

Groudon saved people from floods by evaporating heavy rainfalls.

In other words, Groudon's power is that of nature itself.

Controlling nature and saving humans is on a whole different scale.

That's why it'd be disastrous if Groudon's power were misused.

I've...actually seen that happen, in the Hoenn region.

I feel kinda proud to be Groudon's partner, but...

I've gotta stay vigilant about Groudon's natural energy.

That's why, when it comes to Groudon, I need to seriously think things through!

I gotta consider how to treat Groudon, how to connect with it as a partner...

and what I can do to be a suitable Trainer!

You didn't hesitate one bit, Scottie.

You're sure I can handle it, huh.

Thanks, Scottie.

It's good to hear you say that, and to know you believe in me.

I've gotta have more faith in myself!

Since you're showing ME support, I'll do my best not to let you down, Scottie!

Together, Groudon and I will become a sync pair everyone can look up to, a pair with our hearts in the right place!

Because that's my duty now, as a Neo Champion!
