Terapagos and I met in the deepest part of Area Zero.

An Area Zero explorer from long ago left behind records mentioning it.

They called it a "Disk Pokémon."

But they didn't say anything specific. So other than his seemingly deep connection to Terastallization, Terapagos is an enigma.
