An old lady from Lacunosa Town in Unova told me this story...

There's a big hole called the Giant Chasm just next to Lacunosa Town...

According to legend, a meteorite fell from the sky, and that's what created it.

Inside the meteorite was a terrifying Pokémon...

At night, that Pokémon would kidnap people and Pokémon, then eat them.

Apparently, that terrifying Pokémon was Kyurem.

But according to the creation myth of Unova...

Kyurem is what remains of the body of what used to be a single Pokémon that split into Reshiram and Zekrom.

Well, it does contradict the other story...

Hmm... Strange story, huh?

But... The story of the Giant Chasm being created by a meteorite does make sense, too.

Some of the Pokémon that live in the area are said to be from outer space.

That reminds me... Lunatone, Solrock, and Clefairy were there!

It's true that Kyurem can fuse with Zekrom and Reshiram, so...

There seems to be no doubt that they're related, too...

I tried asking Kyurem to see if I could learn anything from it...

But it seems like it's not too sure where it came from, either.
