Apologies... Sometimes I get a bit carried away when I talk about my passions.

Discovering that I could use Octillery ink in my cooking unlocked a whole new realm of culinary possibility for me to pursue.

I have a passion for bringing out the best in things, both as a chef and as a Pokémon Trainer.

And right now, my greatest passion is perfecting this new Octillery-ink-based recipe, no matter what it takes!

One day, I went to the beach to search for some fun, new ingredients with my Clawitzer.

We were about to stop and take a break when all of a sudden, a wild Octillery lurched out at us from among the rocks.

While we were battling, a bit of ink from its Octazooka attack splashed me in the face.

I accidentally tasted some of it in the process, and my goodness... It was like an explosion of flavor!

I'd heard of ink being used as a cooking ingredient before, but this was the first time I had tasted it myself.

In that instant, I felt like my eyes were opened to a whole new world of food! It was truly astounding!

Indeed. I believe Octillery and I are destined to deliver an entirely new cuisine to the world.

Well, we can't have that, can we? You can't win Pokémon battles on an empty stomach.
