Well...it's not really a goal, but...

Yeah. I've been kind of thinking recently...

I've been thinking that being strong enough to protect the things that are precious to you is definitely important.

Maybe I shouldn't only be having fun with my Pokémon every day...

so I can ensure that our peaceful times aren't destroyed by anyone else.

I'm starting to think that I should at least be strong enough to protect myself.

Of course, I'm not gonna focus ONLY on training with my face all scrunched up, like Paulo used to!

Like Colress said, we can't get too caught up in one or the other.

But I also think there are times when you have to be decisive.

Yup, exactly!

Well...

Flareon...or really, Eevee...was the very first Pokémon I got when I started out as a Trainer.

You know how Eevee can evolve into lots of different Pokémon, right?

I chose to evolve Eevee into Flareon because its burning flames and passion were the best fit for me!

I really thought hard about it before arriving at that conclusion, though!

I love exercising, so I was thinking Vaporeon and Glaceon would be great because they're nice and chilly...

And Jolteon's really fast, so it would've made a great running partner I could compete with.

But in the end, I think Flareon's got it won in terms of fluffiness!

Oooh, are you a fan of the fluff, too, Scottie?

He sure is! Wanna feel this fluff firsthand?

Oh, but Flareon doesn't usually let anyone else but me get up in his fluff.

I see...

He's saying if you beat us in battle, he'd be OK with it!
