Scottie was walking along a mountain path one day when Silver suddenly challenged [EN:Gen Ref="255" M="him" F="her" ] to a battle.

Not bad. You held your own against Tyranitar.

Wild Tyranitar wander through the mountains seeking opponents to fight, but if they find an unworthy opponent, they'll ignore it and move on.

My Tyranitar also doesn't bother with opponents it thinks aren't worthy.

So at the very least, it seems my Tyranitar approves of you.

Hmph... You're easy to please.

Hmph. Take it how you will.

But...to be honest, I have to admit you're strong.

Only a small handful of folks out there are strong enough to satisfy Tyranitar.

We've claimed this area as our turf and challenge any strong-looking Trainers who pass by.

Tyranitar hatched on Pasio. He doesn't know anywhere else...

Yeah. I raised him from a Larvitar into what he is now.

To him, this whole island is basically his turf.

He hatched from an Egg I got from Eusine a while back.

When Eusine gave me the Egg my Tyranitar hatched from...

it was with the hope that I'd be able to make my dream come true.

Here on Pasio, Morty was able to become a sync pair with Ho-Oh.

And Eusine was able to form a sync pair with Suicune. Both of their dreams came true.

They apparently thought it was my turn next.

I've done my best to meet their expectations.

Tyranitar and I even beat Lance together.

I guess the pressure from others is what drove me to get stronger.

Hmph! Figured you'd say something naive like that.
