A Day with Arc Suit Blue

Scottie saw Blue battling Falkner.

Yo, Scottie! You made it!

I wanna battle you, too...

but right now, Pidgeot and I are busy taking on sync pairs from Kanto and Johto!

Battling me's part of that, apparently.

Wanna know why?

Pidgeot's been my Pokémon since Kanto.

I don't wanna forget my roots, so I've been going around battling everyone from Kanto.

But now, guys like Ethan and Silver have also awakened their arc suits and are getting stronger.

And I can't lose to my protégés!

So I'm having folks from Johto who helped whip them into shape battle me, too!

It seems you and your partner have accomplished a lot together, staying by each other's side all this time.

Yeah. He's always been there for me.

He's my go-to for testing a new opponent's strength.

And sometimes I even keep him for last, as my ace in the hole!

But because I send him out first so often, Red caught on and started countering with his Pikachu.

I hate to admit it, but that IS the perfect way to counter bird Pokémon.

True, there are ways to overcome your weaknesses.

Maybe you can give Electric-type Pokémon a shock of their own!

Of all my Pokémon, Pidgeot in particular has gone up against tons of strong opponents.

Makes sense. I bet I could catch them off guard if I used a move effective against Pikachu.

I'm gonna think up a strategy that'll make Red sweat!

Of all my Pokémon, Pidgeot in particular has gone up against tons of strong opponents.

No matter how tough the battle, he'll find a way to break through!

You have a good relationship with him.

You two getting your arc suit has been inspiring for me, too!

You've given us bird Pokémon sync pairs hope!

We're just getting started! We still have room to soar even higher!

Pidgeot and I will keep flying ahead of the Pasio pack!
