Scottie was walking along a mountain path one day and heard what sounded like a woman singing.

[EN:Gen Ref="255" M="He" F="She" ] headed over to investigate the voice and found Raihan and Flygon training together.

Raihan

Let the winds blow! Stream forward, Sandstorm!

Yo, Scottie. So you're here, too, eh?

A woman? What're you on about?

Hm... Singing?

Oh, I see what happened now.

I think you heard Flygon beating its wings.

People say that when Flygon whips up a sandstorm by flapping its wings...

it sounds like a woman singing.

That's why Flygon's nickname is the Desert Spirit!

Haha! Hear that, mate? You've got yourself a fan!

Haha! Bet you didn't expect to hear something like that, right?

To me, Flygon and its Sandstorm move are special.

After all, Flygon was the reason I adopted a battle style where we utilize weather effects to their fullest!

Wanna hear more about our past? I'd be happy to fill you in on the details, if you're up for that.

OK! Then I'll continue my story!

Guess I'll have to finish my story!

So, back then...

I was looking for a way to win in any environment and was thinking of utilizing these weather effects, right?

The first thing that came to mind was this Flygon.

I was always impressed by how Flygon used Sandstorm to challenge his opponents, even if he was outmatched!

That really resonated with me since I'm trying to beat a Champion.

It was almost like I saw myself in Flygon.

Since then, we've gone through many rounds of intense training.

Flygon and I honed our teamwork in all the environments we could find in Galar, so I know we'll bring the storm here on Pasio, too.

Of course I've got tons of stories about Duraludon and my other Pokémon as well.

But their stories are for another day!

That's enough chin-wag. Flygon's moves are in top shape right now, and we're itching to try them out in battle.

How about it? Wanna help us out?

Excellent answer, Scottie!

Always eager for a battle, aren't you. That's what makes it worth asking!

Bring the storm! My partner will send everything on this whole mountain flying!
