A Day with Arc Suit Ethan

Hey, Scottie. Did you come to see the sea too?

I was just thinking about its depths while looking at the water with Lugia.

We awakened our arc suit, which is proof of our strong bond.

I was thinking about Lugia and all we've been through.

Sometimes, it still feels unreal that I'm its partner.

I may have mentioned this before, but Lugia's powers are too strong, so it tries to distance itself from people.

They say that's why Lugia chooses to live deep under the sea.

Did you know that about Lugia?

In Johto, we have the Whirl Islands. They used to all be one large island, but they were split into four.

Two countries were fighting over the island back then.

They say Lugia got upset and cast lightning bolts to tear the island into four pieces.

And ever since, Lugia's supposedly been hiding at the bottom of the sea.

If what they say is true, why'd Lugia make its way back to land?

Heheh! Wouldn't that be nice!

Maybe! Lugia IS kind, you know!

I suppose it doesn't matter why.

What's important now is that Lugia acknowledges me, and that I obtained an arc suit!

That must mean our strong bond was recognized!

I've gotta keep aiming higher, for Lugia and myself!
