A Day with Molayne

Scottie was walking about when [EN:Gen Ref="255" M="he" F="she" ] heard a rumbling noise coming from behind [EN:Gen Ref="255" M="him" F="her" ].

Surprised, [EN:Gen Ref="255" M="he" F="she" ] turned around...

and saw a Dugtrio burst out of the ground!

Whoa! Sorry, sorry.

Looks like my Dugtrio's feeling pretty energetic.

Actually, we were just doing some training to better adapt to the battle style on Pasio.

But it looks like Dugtrio might've gotten a little carried away.

I'll be more careful next time... *yawn*

Whoops. That was embarrassing just now...

Haha... Yawning in front of someone is pretty embarrassing.

I think I've been letting my passion for astronomical observation cut into my sleeping schedule a little too much lately, hehe.

As the head of Hokulani Observatory, I can't help but want to use all of my observations here in my research!

Pasio and Alola have very different skies, each with their own unique data set that I can record. It's why I never get tired of watching the stars!

Ah, but don't worry. I do get regular sleep more often than not.

But there are times when I think I'm on the verge of discovering something truly amazing, only to lose track of the time altogether.

That's why I yawned earlier and why Dugtrio took off and left me behind.

Haha, looks like they're at it again.

Dugtrio's heads often compete with each other to see which of them has the best metal whiskers.

Now let's see...

Yes, yes! You have a very original hairstyle!

Your whiskers are large and elegant!

Oh! Your whiskers are looking just as soft and stylish as ever!

Hmm... Dugtrio usually calms down after I compliment his three heads.

No, no, they're quite different. They each have their own distinct charm.

I suppose it's not immediately obvious. You've got to look closely to see their differences.

After spending every day with Dugtrio, you start to notice what makes each head so unique.

The same could also be said of the stars in the sky. They look the same at first glance, but they're actually quite different.

Different things coming together to create new and beautiful landscapes.

That's how I think of Dugtrio, too. Each head is unique in its own way, but they come together to create a force to be reckoned with!

Hmm, I suppose you're right! From three sync pairs, we create a single team!

Right! Each sync pair is different, but together they create a power that's greater than the sum of its parts!

We could all learn from Dugtrio and work on our teamwork.

Oh? Looks like Dugtrio's heads have calmed down.

I guess the worst of their whisker argument has passed... *yawn*

Ahaha... I suppose you're right. I should go catch a few z's.

Ahaha... I suppose you're right. I should go get some rest.

After I'm good and rested, you'll join me for some training, right? I'd be glad if you did!
