A Day with Aaron

While strolling through the forest, Scottie encountered a Vespiquen.

It seemed strange that there were no other Trainers nearby...

Sorry, can you wait just a little bit longer?

Oh, hey! It's Scottie!

Hi there! What a coincidence!

I'm gathering nectar for Vespiquen.

Yeah, I've been gathering nectar for Vespiquen.

Out in the wild, that would be Combee's job, but this Vespiquen has only me to help out!

Look! Isn't my Vespiquen lovely as ever?

I really just adore her...

She's just the best... Fantastic... And I can't believe how strong she is...

I can't stop praising Vespiquen, the words just overflow from within me!

Maybe that's why my Vespiquen has become absolutely gorgeous!

I'm sure she could even win one of Sinnoh's contests!

Oh, Vespiquen, I'm so sorry! I got so wrapped up in my conversation that I neglected you!

Now I'm worried that I may have made her jealous. I really need to be more considerate.

No, I'm really not.

Yes, I do.

She's a strong and dependable partner, and I want to take very good care of her!

That's why I wanted to gather a lot of nectar for her.

Vespiquen is raising her grubs in the honeycomb in her body, so she really needs the nectar.

Really? Thank you!

You think so?! Then how about helping me?

Let's get started!

Whew! I'm getting kinda tired!

But thanks to you, we managed to gather a whole lot of nectar. I think Vespiquen's satisfied!

When she's satisfied like this, Vespiquen listens to what I say.

But if she doesn't get enough nectar, she'll go into a foul mood and miss with her attacks.

I know, right? I'm never bored when I'm with Vespiquen!

Hmm, it's never felt that way to me.

I really count myself lucky just to have such a wonderful partner Pokémon.

After all, everyone thinks their own partner is the very best, right?

But in my case...

No matter who's looking, I'm sure they can see that my Vespiquen is the coolest in the world.

I truly believe that she's the perfect Pokémon.
