A Day with Rei

While Scottie was out on a walk, [EN:Gen Ref="255" M="he" F="she" ] spotted Rei with some others.

OK... Let's do this!

Yep! Whenever you're ready!

Oh, Scottie! Alola!

Yeah, good guess!

Professor Kukui wants to do some research on Hisuian Decidueye's moves!

Go, Decidueye!

Whoahhh!

So that's the kind of move a Decidueye raised in Hisui's harsh climate can use!

It's like I took a hit from nature itself!

Did that surprise you? This is how Professor Kukui always does his research!

Wow! Then I'm sure he'd have no trouble surviving in Hisui with that kind of resilience!

Hey, what's it like in Hisui?

Hisui is rich in nature, but it's also a harsh environment for people to live in.

It might be hard for people in this age to imagine...

but it wasn't always a widely accepted idea for people and Pokémon to be partners.

Back then, people used to get attacked by wild Pokémon much more often...

It happened to me a lot during my surveys!

But the Professor would do just fine in Hisui, since he wants to get hit by Pokémon moves for research!

Guess so! You seem tough, Rei, but I'm pretty solid, too!

By the way... How'd you become friends with that Decidueye?

Decidueye is the first Pokémon I befriended in Hisui.

When I first arrived there, there was this person I met...

And while I was helping this person, I befriended a Rowlet.

And your Rowlet evolved into this Decidueye!

That's right!

It's interesting that they look the same as Dartrix, but they can be so different as Decidueye.

For sure! We gotta thank Rei and Decidueye for teaching us this!

Is there anything you wanna do while you're on Pasio, Rei?

When I was in Hisui, I was able to help everyone with my faint memories of being a Trainer.

So together with Decidueye, I want to find things here on Pasio that only we're capable of doing.

Just like we did in Hisui!

After all, there must be a reason why I'm here!

Thanks, Scottie! I'm counting on you!

Yeah! Thanks, Scottie!

Discovery! New experiences! Adventure!

We're excited to see what you'll find on Pasio, Rei!
