Even after coming to Pasio, he's still always hungry, and I think some people noticed...

He's been my partner for years, and we grew up together, so he's like a brother to me.

Back in Hisui, he always fought by my side, and we never needed a Poké Ball, either.

I've learned from Adaman and Irida how to become a sync pair and get Munchlax into a Poké Ball.

Back in Hisui, I couldn't really accept the Galaxy Expedition Team's way of using Poké Balls...

But it was nice to see Rei and his Pokémon fighting so well together, as if they were one, like the legendary hero of old.

Now in this era, time has passed, and the relationship between people and Pokémon has changed.

Munchlax and I will strengthen our bond by using Poké Balls...

and aim to be a great sync pair, just like Rei and everyone else!
