A while ago, Urshifu and I met in the Galar region, on the Isle of Armor.

We were training there together!

On the Isle of Armor, there's a place called the Master Dojo.

Many Trainers and Pokémon trained there under the tutelage of Master Mustard!

Master Mustard's training was very tough...

But Urshifu and I worked hard, and together we strengthened our hearts and bodies!

At the dojo, everyone would go through the same training together...

and we also battled each other to build up our strength, work on our moves, and toughen our spirit!

After all that training, we'd drink a bowl of Max Soup together to warm up! And it was so tasty!

Urshifu can't stand the flavor of the Max Mushrooms used in Max Soup...
