A Day with Sygna Suit Nemona

Scottie heard a ferocious Pokémon cry and found [EN:Gen Ref="255" M="his" F="her" ] way to its source...

Oye, Scottie!

I was just having a Pokémon battle with Lyra!

Wanna be our next opponent?!

Nemona! Don't get sidetracked! We had a purpose, remember?

Oh, that's right!

I was having so much fun battling with you and Jigglypuff, I got carried away!

We were trying to find out whether my partner here is actually Jigglypuff's ancestor...through battle!

It's a Pokémon called Scream Tail.

According to this paranormal magazine in Paldea, it looks like a Jigglypuff from a billion years ago!

I can kinda see it! It looks like a slightly more ferocious version of a regular Jigglypuff, don't you think?

A billion years ago, huh?

Isn't that way before the era when Fossil Pokémon were flourishing?

Well, the magazine might've been exaggerating a little.

I've been so curious to know whether that story is true, though!

So I thought a battle with Lyra's Jigglypuff might be a good way to compare the two!

Hmm...

I guess I would've either way... Heh!

Umm...

To be honest with you... I think I just really wanted to have a battle!

Besides, whether that magazine story is true or not...

Scream Tail is apparently categorized as a Paradox Pokémon, and it came here from a completely different era!

I'm SO happy to be able to battle as a sync pair with a Pokémon we have so much to learn about!

There are lots of other Pokémon on Pasio that are full of mysteries too, like Ultra Beasts...

And there are Trainers out who can fully connect with them! I've gotta keep up!

Pokémon are still Pokémon, no matter where they're from...or when!

I wanna work hard so I can become an amazing sync pair with Scream Tail!

I think Scream Tail is happy to be your partner Pokémon, too!

It got to meet a Trainer who accepts it just the way it is!

Uh-huh! We're totally gonna take our connection to the next level!

Haha! Scream Tail seems to like battling too, so I guess we're pretty similar?

Maybe other Pokémon from a different time will come to Pasio.

If that ever happens, I hope they'll see us and feel inspired to become partner Pokémon, too!

So I'll keep on battling with everything I have!
