A Day with Arc Suit Silver

Scottie came across Silver and Ho-Oh standing around by themselves.

Hmph. What're you doing here?

This is where Ho-Oh and I became a sync pair.

Oh, right. You were there.

I was just thinking about the path I've taken with Ho-Oh...

and why we were able to awaken my arc suit.

Now that I think about it, it was strange how Ho-Oh and I met.

I felt like I was being given a chance to start over as a Pokémon Trainer.

Until we met, I always thought Trainers should be the ones to choose the Pokémon they team up with.

I thought if a Trainer were strong enough, any Pokémon would follow and obey them.

But in our case, Ho-Oh chose me. And now we're a sync pair.

We battle as equals. Neither is superior to the other.

Through all our battles on Pasio, I've learned that's how sync pairs should be.

As Trainer and Pokémon, we realized we needed each other.

I guess that's why we were able to awaken my arc suit.

If Ho-Oh sought a pure-hearted Trainer...

I guess that means I fit the bill...at least somewhat.

Is that it? Do you really think my heart's pure?

Hmph. How would you know.

Hmph! You can wipe those smug looks off your faces.

Honestly, it's hard to put into words what it means to be pure-hearted.

So...

All I can do is what I think is right.

I'll prove how pure-hearted I am by becoming the world's strongest sync pair.
