A Fateful Encounter?! Bulma and Vegeta

Vegeta, proud prince of the Saiyans... He had arrived on Planet Namek for the final battle, to defeat the evil emperor Frieza and secure his place as ruler of the galaxy.

Vegeta was utterly defeated... However, his fighting spirit was carried on by Goku who managed to awaken as the legendary Super Saiyan and, after an epic struggle, finally defeated Frieza.

Vegeta and the others were sent to Earth thanks to a wish granted by the Eternal Dragon of Namek, Porunga. Goku remained, however, and as Planet Namek exploded after his victory over Frieza, no one knew of his fate...

D-Dad and Krillin can't come back to life...?!

Y-Yeah... It'd be okay if Kami had restored their bodies and they were back with King Kai...

But if not, they'd be revived in the place they died. And as we know, Namek's no more. So they'd be revived in outer space...

Three years passed... And as Trunks had forewarned, the androids appeared. After many long battles, Goku sacrificed himself against Cell, the ultimate android, to save Earth. Carrying on his father's spirit, Gohan managed to finish off Cell once and for all.

Time went on... It was decided that the Intergalactic World Tournament, a grand martial arts contest pitting the finest warriors in one arena, was to be held on Earth.

Trunks! Win this thing and take me on a round-the-world hot springs vacation, okay?

Nothing at all! Can you believe he's lost all will to fight? Just what is he thinking?

The day of the tournament arrived. Trunks and the others were sailing smoothly through their bouts when suddenly... The evil warrior Boujack, terrorizer of the universe, barged his way into the tournament!

Boujack boasted incredible strength, but thanks to Gohan's awakened fortitude, Earth was saved once more. The battle also succeeded in reawakening Vegeta's Saiyan fighting spirit.

Trunks says you saved his life, Vegeta.

Vegeta knew that if they begot Beerus' wrath, Earth would be destroyed. He chose to swallow his pride to ensure the God of Destruction would be appeased.

Undergoing Whis' training on Beerus' Planet, Vegeta was oblivious to what was happening on Earth... With the Dragon Balls, Frieza had been successfully resurrected and was now seeking revenge on Goku and all his friends!

Frieza had undergone training in the Otherworld and challenged Goku to a rematch with his new form that he called Golden Frieza.

With the fruits of his training with Whis, Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan with the power of Super Saiyan God. However, he fell into Frieza's trap and was rendered unable to fight. Just who would fight Golden Frieza in the injured Goku's place...?
